Stephen provides such business counsel & litigation services to a variety of local businesses, ranging from national fast-food restaurant franchisees/owners, seafood exchanges, restaurants & bars to residential & commercial real estate developers, prominent businesses within the Information Technology sector, manufacturers of high-performance aftermarket components for certain brands of motor vehicles, and a multi-million dollar industrial painting and sandblasting company.
